    Shipping Protection Terms and Conditions

     


    Thank you for purchasing Shipping Protection. By selecting this service at checkout, you agree to the following terms:


     

    1. What Is Covered

     


    Shipping Protection provides coverage for the following issues:

     

    • Damaged Items: If your order arrives visibly damaged (e.g. broken, crushed, or defective on arrival), you must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

    • Lost in Transit: If the tracking number does not update for 25 consecutive days or shows as permanently lost by the courier.

    • Delayed Orders: If your order has not been delivered within 60 calendar days from the shipment date.

     


    Approved claims under these conditions will be eligible for a replacement or full refund.


     

    2. What Is Not Covered

     


    Shipping Protection does not cover the following circumstances:

     

    • Stolen Packages: Any package marked as “Delivered” by the courier but claimed as stolen.

    • Misplaced Deliveries by Couriers: This includes packages left at the wrong address, wrong building, or signed for by an unknown third party.

    • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Orders placed with incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

    • Unprotected Orders: If Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout, the above benefits do not apply.

     


     

    3. How to File a Claim

     


    To file a Shipping Protection claim, please contact us at [insert support email] within 7 days of the incident. Include:

     

    • Full name and order number

    • Clear description of the issue

    • Photos of any damaged items or screenshots of tracking

    • Confirmation of your shipping address

     


    We aim to resolve all eligible claims within 5 working days.


     

    4. Final Note

     


    Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

    Shipping & Returns

    We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    In the event that an ordered figure is unavailable due to stock limitations, we maintain the discretion to substitute the item with a figure of equivalent or comparable nature. This substitution may occur without prior notification or consultation with the customer to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

    2. Missing Item Procedures

    Any claims related to missing items within a received order are subject to strict evidentiary requirements. Customers are required to provide clear photographic documentation of the package and contents at the precise moment of opening. Without such evidence, claims may not proceed to further investigation. It is pertinent to note that our warehouse operations implement advanced tracking measures, including but not limited to package weighing and order verification, to mitigate discrepancies.

    3. Returns and Associated Liabilities

    Returns, where applicable, are to be initiated exclusively by the customer, with all associated expenses, including shipping fees, customs duties, and any ancillary charges, borne entirely by the returning party. We bear no responsibility for incurred costs, regardless of circumstances surrounding the return.

    4. Binding Agreement

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    European Union 14 day cooling off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


    Refunds
    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
